Dean will open our minds, hearts and souls to the grandeur and beauty of Cape Town’s Table Mountain, an iconic site on Earth. Learn the deep significance that the mountain holds for the Bushman people – the alignments of the sun and other fascinating details that make this one of the most powerful energetic sites on Earth.
Table Mountain is known as the legendary Umlindi Wemingzimu – the Stone Giant Watcher of the South. We will visit the Third Eye Chakra – the upward gazing Eye of the Table Mountain Goddess. Experience a third eye meditation in this portal. Lunch and relax with ocean, air, mountain sun and space!

Dean will guide us to (the)Pyramid All- Seeing Eye Marker Stone. He will share the ancient knowledge of sacred geometries and metaphysical properties of this ancient Pyramid Rock and conduit to the stars. Feeling the divine masculine and feminine energies. We will experience a Sound Chakra balancing journey. Dean then guides us to one of the most powerful sites and experiences on our journey – a giant metamorphosed crystalized quarzitic torus cave. You will feel the energy of the entire mountain race through your body. It is believed to be a ritual cave of rebirth and fertility. Aligned to the summer solstice, this is one of the Cape’s most sacred caves.
Below Ascension Cave lies the Great Burial Cave, an ancient burial cave and earth mother womb. We will visit the cave and literally ascend to the crystalline Ascension Cave to experience the light energies of this sacred portal. Ceremony and meditation.

This is a four-hour soul journey requiring medium fitness. Walk, guided by Dean, on a steady climb up the slope of Lion’s Head to reach two ancient sacred sites. You will explore this incredible granite rock skull which acts as an “observatory” to the stars and sun and the Lion’s Head. Watchman’s Cave nearby. Connect with feeling the earth energies and Ley Lines that surround this area. Here on Lion’s Head lies a sacred guardian, a 10 ft. granite head facing south with an eyehole aligned perfectly due west to capture the setting sun. Above on the neck of Lion’s Head Mountain lies the Watchman’s Cave believed to be used by the early shamans and healers.
