  4. Meditation 

Once peace is made from within, healing is rapid in the mind, body, and all the other areas of life, even situation.

While we are meditating we are in divine consciousness 

The ultimate goal for humans is to attain their actual selves.

What is humans’ actual self?

We are nothing but spiritual beings experiencing the human dimension 

That is We are divine 360 degree 

During our journey within we often tend to slip lower and it seems like we have to start all over again.

This is not what exactly happens.

We lose balance and we slip 

That is why we need to keep grounding now and then ..

Actually ground every day.

So the ultimate goal for the human to achieve his extraordinary self is mere balance.

Balance is the key.
